About the Role
We are seeking a Spanish Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join an established insurance agency in Norcross, Georgia.
This is a fully on-site, customer-facing sales position focused on building relationships with new and existing customers, generating new business, providing insurance quotes, and helping clients select appropriate coverage.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is comfortable having sales conversations in both Spanish and English, following up with leads, identifying customer needs, and converting opportunities into new business.
Previous insurance experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with strong sales or customer-service backgrounds who are willing to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) license before starting will also be considered.
Key Qualifications
- Fluent in both Spanish and English — Required.
- 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
- Strong customer-facing and relationship-building experience.
- Comfortable making calls, following up with leads, presenting options, and closing sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Professional, motivated, and comfortable working toward sales goals.
- Ability to work on-site in Norcross, GA, Monday through Friday.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
